1. Debug the ordinary filter press before feeding, and check the whole machine before each shift. The mechanical compression transmission parts and the reduction gear box are filled with lubricating oil; the hydraulic pressure is used to check the oil storage capacity of the oil tank and the working pressure of the hydraulic station .Hydraulic oil is usually replaced once a year. When replacing, the hydraulic system should be fully cleaned. The working pressure of the hydraulic station is less than the maximum working pressure of the cylinder, but it cannot be lower than the allowable value of the filter pressure. If it is too small, it will cause a lot of leakage , the components will be damaged.

2. When the filter plate is less than the specified number, it is forbidden to start the operation to avoid damage to the machine. Check the placement of the filter plate before feeding. The filter cloth should not be folded to prevent a lot of leakage. After the filter cake is removed, the filter plate is tightly packed and align.

3. After it is completely normal, the filter plate can be pressed and filtered. The filter pressure and filter temperature are within the specified range. If the filter pressure is too high, it will cause leakage. The filter temperature is too high. The plastic filter plate is easily deformed. The concentration should be uniform. There is no mixed material; after removing the filter cake, the filter cloth and filter plate are washed clean, and the residues are not allowed to stick to the sealing surface or the feed channel, otherwise the feed will be smooth, and the good sealing performance of the filter plate will be affected, so that the filter plate 2 Unbalanced side pressure can cause damage to the filter plate.

4. The selection of the filter cloth is in line with the filtration technical requirements of the filter pad. The new filter cloth should be shrunk before opening, and the diameter of the opening hole should be smaller than the diameter of the filter plate. When the filter plate is matched, the cloth hole and the plate hole should be relatively concentric. The feeding hole cloth should be tightly attached to the pipe wall. Otherwise, the filter will be unclear, the filtration rate will be low, and the cloth pipe will be broken. The consequences for the purpose of filtering are expected.

5. In the initial stage of pressure filtration, the press becomes more and more turbid. When the filter cake is formed on the filter cloth, the filtrate will become clear. If the filtrate is cloudy or clear and mixed, it may be that the filter cloth is damaged or the cloth holes violate the plate holes. At this time, close the valve or stop feeding to replace the filter cloth. A small amount of leakage caused by the capillary phenomenon of the filter cloth is allowed between the filter plates.

6. When moving the filter plate, the force should be even and appropriate. Do not bump or knock to avoid damage to the sealing surface and filter wrench. After the filter cloth is used for a period of time, it will become hard and the function will be reduced. Therefore, it needs to be checked regularly. The change affects the filtration rate, and the filter cloth can be restored by neutralizing and cleaning with the corresponding low concentration of weak acid and weak base. If it cannot be restored, please replace it in time.

7. Activate the slurry, cleaning fluid or compressed air valve according to the operating procedure. It cannot be activated together. When the diaphragm is squeezed, the compressed air pressure cannot exceed the filter pressure.
