Before the rice wine press is used in the industrial filtration process, a pre-filtration inspection must be done:

1. Before the operation of the rice wine press, check the inlet and outlet pipelines to see if there is leakage or blockage in the connections. At the same time, keep the pipelines, the filter press frame and filter cloth clean, and check whether the inlet pump and the valves are between them. normal.

2. It is necessary to check the connection parts of the frame of the rice wine press, as well as the bolts and nuts for looseness. It should be adjusted and reinforced at any time. The relatively moving parts should always be well lubricated, and the normal oil pump station and oil should be kept clean. and adequate oil level.

The rice wine press should be ready for filtration after the preparation before filtration:

1. After the inspection before filtration, the rice wine press should be prepared for filtration, connect the external power supply, start the motor, pull the manual valve back to the appropriate position, and then control the middle position with the manual valve.

2. Hang the clean rice wine press filter cloth on the two sides of the filter plate, and align the material holes. The filter cloth must be larger than the sealing surface of the filter plate, the cloth hole should not be larger than the pipe hole, and the filter cloth should be smoothed without folds. In order to avoid leakage, the plate and frame must be neatly aligned.

3. Pull the manual valve of the rice wine press to the overflow valve of the process block, adjust the pressure to 15-20mpa, make the middle top plate press the filter plate tightly, and lock the lock nut on the screw rod. Then set the manual valve Control in the middle position and press the stop pump button.
