Locations where the vertical press is inspected daily:

1. Check the internal cleaning of the machine

2. Check the cleanliness of the filter belt

3. Check the filter belt (see if there is any damage)

4. Check the automatic control function of the filter belt (whether it is sensitive and reliable)

5. Check whether the outlet of each sump is blocked. If there is any phenomenon, stop, flush and dredge in time.

6. After the mud is discharged every day, the washing time of the filter belt is 30 minutes, and the press is cleaned with the washing water hose, so that the whole equipment is kept clean and unprepared.

Weekly work done by a vertical press:

1. Clean the press

2. Check whether the cleaning nozzle orifice is working properly, and clean or replace if necessary

3. Check the elasticity and wear of the scraper, and replace it if necessary

4. Filter belt, make sure that the filter hole is not blocked

After one year of use, the vertical press needs to check the anti-corrosion coating condition of key parts such as bearing chamber, gearbox motor, gearbox and junction box, and need to be repainted if necessary.

According to the above maintenance plan, the life of the vertical press will be greatly extended.
