Through the observation and analysis of the operation process of the machine, it is found that this phenomenon occurs because the feed pipe of the quick-opening diaphragm filter press adopts a steel ring rubber pipe. Under the action of pressure filtration, the pipe itself will form a reaction force. It is applied to the pressing plate, which offsets the force of the oil cylinder to a certain extent, causing the pressing plate to rebound.

Based on this situation, the following transformation plan is proposed: make certain adjustments to the feeding hose and the direction of the protective sleeve of the quick-opening diaphragm filter press, specifically on the original basis. It is bent counterclockwise. In this way, the reaction force in the feeding pipe will not only not offset the force of the oil cylinder, but also strengthen the pressing operation, thereby ensuring the failure problem that occurs when the working state of the pressing plate is too fine.
