This type of failure is more likely for high-pressure diaphragm filter presses with more than one hundred filter plates. The main reason is that every time the material is discharged, a small amount of filter cake remains on the pressing surface of the lower part of the filter plate, and the filter The plates are stacked on the lower part. The total size is greater than the total size of the upper part. When the number of unloaded and the number of filter plates increases, the difference between the upper and lower dimensions gradually increases. When the material is unloaded, the filter plate moves towards the end of the pressure plate , and when the pressure is pressed, the filter plate is pushed to the end of the thrust plate, and the filter plate assembly has a trapezoidal structure.


When the filter cake accumulates on the pressing surface on the lower part of the filter plate, the filter plate supporting the handle at the end of the pressure plate can be lifted from the beam, and the filter plate can be lifted to lift the floating plate. Press the lower counterweight plate group, Press down the filter plate; the filter plate at the end of the thrust plate is not easy to press down and generate a spray at the end of the thrust plate.


In order to solve this problem, a good measure is: the high-pressure diaphragm filter press has more than 80 filter plates, and the thrust plate should adopt the structure of free rotation. For the high-pressure diaphragm filter press with a small number of filter plates, attention should be paid when unloading Reduce the amount of filter cake remaining on the low pressure side of the filter plate. In normal use, during the unloading process, please carefully remove the residual filter cake (especially the lower part) on the pressing surface of the filter plate, or rinse the filter plate in time to ensure that the surface of the filter plate is clean; tie the filter cloth to ensure it is flat. These problems don't seem to be major problems. They are caused by ordinary wear and tear and other factors, so we usually remember to do maintenance, service and find problems in time to solve them.
