What's the matter with insufficient oil pressure in the filter press?

Insufficient oil pressure is a common fault of the filter press. It is mainly manifested that the oil pressure cannot go up during the pressing work, and the filter pressure plate cannot be pressed. There are many reasons for this, and the common ones are as follows:

1. External leakage of hydraulic system

Deal with the places with oil leakage, mainly on some sealing surfaces, such as oil pipe joint sealing damage and leakage.

Oil, overflow valve, electromagnetic reversing valve, hydraulic control check valve and oil circuit integrated sealing plane leakage, external leakage at the cylinder piston rod, etc. The judgment and treatment of this fault are relatively simple and intuitive;

2, the oil temperature is too high

Too frequent operation or long-term operation of the oil pump will cause the oil temperature to be too high, and the oil temperature will be too high, the oil quality will become thinner, and the oil pressure will not rise;

3, the oil level is not enough

Because the hydraulic system of the automatic pressure-holding filter press is in a high pressure state for a long time, some seals will inevitably seep oil. At the same time, after the filter press is used for a period of time, a small amount of hydraulic oil will naturally evaporate and lose, which will cause the oil level in the fuel tank to drop. When the oil level is too low, the oil pump will not be able to operate, and hydraulic oil needs to be replenished;

4, the overflow valve fails

The failure of insufficient oil pressure in the hydraulic system is caused by the failure of the relief valve. If the pressure of the relief valve is adjusted to a large value and still cannot meet the pressure requirements of the filter press, it should be considered whether the relief valve is faulty. Judge the overflow The effective method for valve failure is the replacement method. Replace the relief valve of the same model for trial use. 5, oil leakage in the oil cylinder seal

Since the oil leakage from the seal in the cylinder cannot be seen from the outside, it is difficult and complicated to judge whether the sealing ring in the cylinder is worn or damaged. , Keep pressing, disassemble the oil return pipe from the oil cylinder joint, if the hydraulic oil keeps flowing out from the oil return pipe joint on the oil cylinder, because the piston has stopped moving forward at this time, it can be judged that the piston seal is damaged and should be replaced.

6, Electromagnetic reversing valve failure

The oil inlet and outlet pipes can be disassembled from the oil cylinder and the electromagnetic reversing valve can be pressed and loosened to check the internal leakage. If the internal leakage is too large, use kerosene to clean or replace the sealing parts. Sometimes the small internal leakage is not enough to affect the oil. pressure, but it will slow down the advance and retreat speed of the oil cylinder. The push rod of the reversing valve becomes shorter due to long-term impact and wear, or the contact point between the armature and the push rod is worn, so that the reversing stroke of the spool is insufficient, causing the opening of the oil cavity to become smaller. The decrease in flow will also slow down the advance and retreat of the cylinder.
